"Missing a Few Sides"
I got home and realized about half of my sides were missing, which was frustrating. I mean, mistakes happen, so it wasn’t the end of the world, but it definitely put a damper on the meal.

"I paid for my order online and..."
I paid for my order online and it went through really quickly. No weird errors, no double charge, nothing frustrating. I think most customers would appreciate how simple and smooth it was.

"Easy enough, but it's a slowpoke"
It’s simple enough to use, but the menu took forever to load. Kind of a sluggish little mess when you’re just trying to get around quickly.

"Steak Was Really Disappointing"
I asked for my steak medium rare, but it came out closer to almost well done. The server was really nice, so I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it, but I kind of felt trapped just sitting there trying to get through a meal I wasn’t enjoying. The steak just wasn’t good this time.

"Just an okay experience this time"
I ordered through logansroadhouse.com, it was just okay. The website was moving slow, not a huge deal, but still annoying when you’re hungry. My order also took longer than the time it originally gave me, which didn’t help. The food was warm when it got here, but it wasn’t anything special, and one of my sides was missing. I do like Logan’s every now and then, so maybe this was just an off day, but overall this visit was disappointing.

"Gift card worked, but the process felt a bit frustrating"
The gift card redeemed just fine in the end, but checkout took longer than I expected. I also didn’t love how the support or instructions came across, it kind of felt like I was being talked down to instead of just helped.

"Not bad for a rewards app"
I signed up for the Logan’s rewards program a while ago, mostly because I figured I might as well if I’m already eating there. It’s been decent, honestly. The points usually show up after my visits, and I’ve gotten a couple discounts out of it. The app does run a little slow sometimes, which is annoying, but I guess it’s still worth using overall.

"Reservation Still Meant a Long Wait"
I made a reservation through logansroadhouse for dinner, but we still ended up waiting about 35 minutes after we got there. The host said they were backed up, and I get that, I do, but then what’s the point of making a reservation? The food was fine once we finally got seated, but the whole reservation situation was messy, messy. No text update, no clear answer, just standing around by the door waiting. It wasn’t the worst night or anything, but it was definitely frustrating.

"Solid deal for a casual dinner"
I figured the portions would be decent based on the prices, and that turned out to be right. My steak and sides were filling, and I didn’t leave feeling like I overpaid. It’s not the cheapest spot around, but if you’re going in expecting a casual dinner with fair portions, it’s a good value.

"Easy takeout, still hit the spot"
Grabbed takeout last night and it was super easy. I got ribs and a couple sides, and everything was packed up neatly and still warm by the time I got home, which is always a win. I did get stuck behind someone driving painfully slow on the way back, so I was worried the food would cool off, but nope, it held up fine. Pickup was quick too, no hassle at all. Definitely something I’d do again.

"Way More Food Than I Expected"
Ordered dinner from Logan’s Roadhouse and I was surprised by how much food showed up. The steak came with a ton of sides, and the rolls were so filling I could already tell this was going to be one of those meals where they weren’t skimping. Just from the way everything was packed, it felt like they actually cared about sending out a solid dinner. I ended up having leftovers for lunch the next day, which pretty much never happens for me. For the price, it felt like I got a full meal and then some. Easy 5 stars from me.

"The wait wasn’t too bad at..."
The wait wasn’t too bad at all, especially for a busy night. I’ve had nights where the line is out the door, people are checking their phones every two minutes, kids are getting restless, and you start wondering if you should’ve just gone somewhere else, but this wasn’t like that. We got seated faster than I expected, and even with the place buzzing, tables turning over, servers running around, and everyone clearly there at the same time, it still felt smooth.

"Quick Dinner, Great Service"
Stopped in for dinner who doesn’t love not having to wait forever? We were seated quickly, our server got drinks out fast, and the food came out hot without much of a wait. What more can you ask for on a busy night? Really solid service this time around.
